At DFarmers, we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all our investors. This Return Policy outlines the terms under which investment returns are managed and when refund requests may be considered.
Return on Investment (ROI)
- Returns are project-based and depend on the performance of the selected agro-project.
- Estimated ROI ranges from 14% to 18% annually, depending on the type and duration of the project.
- ROI is not fixed or guaranteed, as it is influenced by market conditions, environmental factors, and project outcomes.
Payout Schedule
- Profits are distributed monthly, quarterly, or at the end of the project cycle, as agreed upon at the time of investment.
- Investors will receive updates via email or dashboard notifications regarding expected return dates and project performance.
Early Withdrawal & Cancellation
- Investments may be cancelled within 7 days of payment confirmation, provided the project has not already begun.
- After 7 days, no refund or cancellation is possible unless DFarmers cancels the project for unforeseen reasons (e.g. natural disasters, disease outbreaks, regulatory restrictions).
- Early withdrawal during an active project cycle is not permitted unless stated in the specific project terms.
Failed or Cancelled Projects
In the rare case of a project being terminated due to uncontrollable circumstances:
- Investors will be notified immediately.
- DFarmers will attempt to recover the invested capital and return it, minus any incurred operational losses.
- No profit will be distributed in such cases unless partial returns are recoverable.
Refund Procedure
- Eligible refunds (e.g., for cancellations within the 7-day window) will be processed within 10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during the investment process.
No Return for Non-Investment Materials
This return policy only applies to investment contributions. If DFarmers sells any physical goods or digital services in the future, a separate product return policy will be published.
