The company provides investors with the opportunity to invest in various profitable projects such as farm management, crop production, livestock farming, etc., and distributes business profits based on an entirely Shariah-compliant system.

By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Investment Terms

• Investments made through DFarmers are project-based and subject to agricultural and market risks.
• Return on investment (ROI) may vary depending on the nature of the project, typically ranging from 14%–18% yearly.
• ROI is not guaranteed and depends on actual project performance.
• Investors must agree to project-specific timelines; early withdrawal is not permitted unless stated otherwise.
• A digital receipt and investor ID will be issued upon confirmation of payment.

Risk Disclosure

• DFarmers is not a financial institution and does not fall under the regulations of Bangladesh’s central banking authority.
• Investment returns are subject to risks including, but not limited to, natural disasters, market volatility, disease outbreaks, and political instability.
• DFarmers shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

• Investments are non-refundable during the active tenure of the project.
• Refunds may be considered only in the event of project cancellation initiated by DFarmers.

Use of Website

• You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only.
• Any misuse, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interference with the platform’s operation is strictly prohibited.
